Today I had my little one ask me the sweetest thing after dinner, he said, "mom, teach me how to make an origami fortune teller." My heart melted at the sound of the request. I forget that little ones have only been on earth for so long and need us to help and guide them. Teach them how to do things, new things. They didn't come with a manual or instructions, everyday is a learning experience for them and sometimes for us too.
Enjoy looking at your little ones art and creations because it won't be long before they are grown and these little hands don't need help from you anymore.
